The Assistant Manager supports the sales team by overseeing operational processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of corporate sales activities. This role bridges sales, finance, and operations to drive performance, reporting accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role will serve as the Deputy to the Head of Sales Operations and will take primary responsibility for post-course documentation, invoicing accuracy, payment tracking, and process governance. The Assistant Manager will also support team leadership, manage escalations, and ensure operational continuity in the absence of the Head.
