KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Β
β Ensure materials meet specified standards before entering the production line.Β
β Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and handling of raw materials.Β
β Verify batch documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Β
β Online product testing includes bulk density, viscosity, and raw material checks before issuance to
production.Β
β Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Online Inspections and relevant food
safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP) during all processes.Β
β Inspect pre-mixing, blending, and ingredient formulation processes.Β
β Perform routine laboratory tests on ingredients before and after processing.
β Ensure compliance with nutritional and microbiological standards.Β
β Identify deviations and take corrective/preventive actions.Β
