Job Description
- Assist the Line Manager and VP Engineering in Planning & Schedule management, Resource Scheduling, Reporting & Documentation.
- As per the instructions of management prepare agenda, call a meeting, take meeting notes and officially circulate it to all stake holders.
- Compile the contractor’s micro schedule in line with the Master Schedule and monitor the Project Progress, every fort night tracking using MS Project.
- Co-ordination with all Civil, Interiors and MEP Engineers to generate the reports.
- Assist Line Manager in reviewing the project time schedule, providing the project planning with the updated activities due to site conditions and variations.
- Assist the Line Manager in conducting site meetings at regular intervals and prepare minutes of meeting, circulating & constant follow ups, update the points discussed.
