Job Description

Ø Purpose of Position-


  • To supervise and ensure quality installation, testing & commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire protection systems, STP, WTP, and integrated building services.

  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

    • Ø Major Responsibilities –

  • Oversee HVAC ducting, chilled water, VRF, AHU, FCU, and mechanical room works.

  • Monitor firefighting works: hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, fire extinguishers, FHCs, fire tanks.

  • Supervise plumbing & drainage, water supply, and sanitary works.

  • Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and safety guidelines.

  • Review shop drawings, pressure testing, balancing, and commissioning plans.

  • Coordinate with electrical, civil, façade, and IBMS teams.
