The Valuation Analyst will be responsible for conducting property valuations across asset classes (commercial, residential, retail, industrial, land) and delivering high-quality reports in line with industry standards (RICS / IVS / local regulatory guidelines). 1. Valuation & Advisory

• Conduct property valuations using appropriate methodologies:
  • Income Approach (DCF, Capitalization)
  • Sales Comparison Approach
  • Cost Approach
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for purposes such as:
  • Financial reporting
  • Loan/security valuation
  • Transaction advisory
  • Portfolio valuation
