The Dog and Fox is on the hunt for an Assistant Manager — someone who can keep the drinks flowing, the team motivated, the customers happy, and occasionally find the missing bottle opener. We’re looking for a hospitality all-rounder with personality, confidence, and the ability to smile through a Saturday night rush while someone asks if the kitchen is still serving at 9:59pm.

The role also includes supporting the day-to-day running of our hotel rooms, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone wanting to add another string to their bow and gain experience across multiple areas of hospitality. If you love pubs, people, organised chaos, and the occasional free chip theft from the pass, you might fit right in!
