Provides support in addressing the Legal and Corporate Governance requirements of the Company and its subsidiary/ies.

• Provides legal advice to business units on day‑to‑day operational, commercial, and regulatory matters, or in relation to special projects or strategic initiatives
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, agreements, and legal documents within prescribed turnaround times
• Identifies legal risks and proposes practical risk‑mitigating solutions aligned with Company policies
• Handles the function‑relevant regulatory filings of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Properly monitors and/or implements policies, standards or guidelines owned by the Legal Department (eg. Information Sharing and Securities Dealing, Competition Law)
• Maintains an organized system for contract and legal document safekeeping, tracking, and retrieval while ensuring completeness and accuracy of legal records and contract databases
