Job Description
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Finalisation Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Lead finalisation of books of accounts and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closures. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis for presentation to the Board and Management. Prepare cash flow statements, monitor liquidity, and manage key financial ratios. Provide financial insights to support business growth strategies. Identify and recommend cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed MIS and management reports and present insights to senior leadership. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budget preparation in coordination with business and operational teams. Prepare rolling forecasts and quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) forecasts.
