Job Description

Job Scope

  • Ensure the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in all Food & Beverage (F&B) areas and restaurants under Marina Bay Sands.
  • Comply and ensure Marina Bay Sands (Las Vegas Sands Corporation) and Singapore Food Agency hygiene and food safety policies are strictly adhered to daily.
  • Lead a team of Senior Hygienist and Hygienist to ensure all food served to guests and employees is free of microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health and food authorities.
  • Involved in all aspects of food safety audit in F&B.
  • Ensure daily walkthrough is conducted at all food establishments to identify areas of improvements and instil good food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Conduct training and workshops regularly for team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at required levels.
