You will:

  • Assist the Plant HSE Lead in driving HSE cultural transformation and ensuring its sustenance.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment programs and processes across plant operations.
  • Manage and maintain the Fire Safety Systems of the plant.
  • Lead the Behavioral observation system, including reporting, analysis, and corrective actions on top at-risk behaviors.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents, potential and serious near-miss cases; facilitate closure of identified actions; and maintain HSE incident data with timely reporting as per organizational standards.
  • Support site personnel and HSE standard owners in building their capabilities and implementing HSE standards effectively.
