Job Description
- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
- Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
- HCM spreadsheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
- Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
- Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call.
- OTBI and BI publisher reports.
- Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
- Workflow Email notification template changes.
- Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
- At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and/or Project Lead
- Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
