Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire store’s operations. The AM is also responsible to meet performance and profit goals. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development, and training of all associates in the store. The AM is responsible to manage and oversee all safety processes within the store. The AGM ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision.

• Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all management and associates.


• Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input, and information through various communication vehicles. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers.
