Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented

Assistant Manager

with relevant experience in

construction/project accounting and finance management

to support the financial operations of this landmark project.

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
Project-wise accounting and cost allocation
Budget monitoring, variance analysis, and budget tracking
Processing and verification of contractor/vendor bills
Project payment processing and payment scheduling
Monitoring advances, retention money, and contractor reconciliations
