The Assistant Manager - F&B Sales is responsible to maximize Restaurant Sales and achieve pre-determined targets, 

Working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments

Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 1 year work experience in Guest relations from any Standalone group of hotels, preferably local guest contacts and local knowledge.
