Job Description Management of tenancy work for Fit Out, Renovations and Reinstatement in accordance to requirements Management of security and carpark related matters Ensure the repair work are properly executed and completed according to requirements and certify for payment upon completion Ensure building services and M&E system are serviced accordingly to term contract schedule and scope of work.
