Job Description
- Support new site implementation projects, including assisting with the design and build process and preparation of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation for design and build works.
- Coordinate and compile procurement documentation, track submissions, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
- Assist in asset and inventory management activities, including asset write-off, disposal coordination, and determining items for relocation to the new site.
- Support reinstatement and move-in activities by coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project progress, and facilitating logistics to ensure a smooth transition and handover.
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
