Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities related to infrastructure development and engineering projects across the campus
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing infrastructure projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors on infrastructure-related matters
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and institute policies during project execution
- Assist the Vice Provost Operations in preparing infrastructure-related reports, presentations, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escape issues to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare RFPs, tender documents, scope of work, and other documentation for infrastructure expansion and upgrades
