Job Description
As the Electrical Reliability Lead for BTC, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of BTC equipment through Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Breakdown Maintenance activities, aligned with the PO-RE methodology. You will lead the electrical maintenance team, manage CAPEX and operational activities, and drive plant optimization initiatives.
Reliability & Maintenance
You will lead all electrical reliability activities within the BTC area.
You will implement and monitor strategic countermeasures to reduce recurring breakdowns.
You will analyze and troubleshoot breakdowns in Tire Building Machines to enhance system performance.
You will conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
