Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and inspection plans in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients on quality-related issues.
• Maintain and update quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, and NCRs.
• Ensure material and workmanship quality meets specified standards.
• Support pre-commissioning and handover processes.

Civil & Structural (C&S)

• Coordinate all design and build (D&B) works, ensuring seamless integration of C&S activities into projects.
• Provide technical support for external projects related to civil and structural engineering.
