What you'll be doing
We're looking for an experienced governance professional with previous experience in a board or committee support role within a listed organisation to join the Group Secretariat.
The role supports the Head of Board Governance and Heritage in delivering end to end support for board and committee activities, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for directors and stakeholders. It involves acting as a key liaison between Non Executive Directors, executive leadership and internal teams, while coordinating meetings, offsites and strategy sessions.
Youβll be a highly motivated individual who is detail oriented, pragmatic and able to prioritise in a complex and fast paced environment. The role holder must be discreet and capable of communicating with board members, senior executives and other key stakeholders across a wide range of sensitive topics.
