Responsible for Representing the company in front of Customers & sub con team right from the beginning to Project Close out.
Responsible for Monitoring the execution of the projects by having weekly review meetings with team members to ensure project is completed on time or before the completion time lines
Ensures Cost control towards achieving the positive NRM ,which shall get the Best “Financial Performance”
Responsible for Risk Analysis & converting the positive risks as an opportunity to the company
