Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (B. Tech – Civil is preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution (ground-mounted projects preferred)
- 5–8 years of total experience in civil construction
- Strong experience in civil works including foundations, MMS Piling, RCC, structural works, and site development
- Proven experience in managing on-site execution activities for utility-scale solar projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in on-site civil execution for solar projects
- Basic working knowledge of Auto CAD drawings and interpretation of civil layouts
- Familiarity with site execution processes such as excavation, piling, concreting, and structural works
