Title: Assistant Manager (Children) This position will report to the Programme Manager of the Children Department

Job Description (Programme specific) 1. Assist in leading a team to conduct the organisation's literacy programmes, including StoryLAB, GROW and iREAD 2. Organize and carry out additional programmes and events as required (e.g. camps, parenting workshops, outings) 3. Manage volunteers helping in the literacy programmes - screening, onboarding, engaging, monitoring and supporting the volunteers 4. Engage and liaise with community partners and stakeholders to share information and updates about the children and the programmes
