Assistant Manager, Asset Services Operations
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager in the Asset Services (AS) team. The team is responsible for end-to-end processing of all Corporate Action (CA) events across multiple markets.
The Opportunity
- Acquire a broad understanding of all Corporate Action processes and market specifications for various assigned markets.
- Allocate work daily to Processing Executives and manage intra‑day capacity planning based on projections.
- Perform quality control tasks, handle complex cases, escalations, and process‑related queries.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements by performing audit checks in line with business processes.
- Establish control methods and checkpoints to prevent operational losses and potential fraudulent situations.
- Lead by example to drive service excellence and align with HSBC values.
