Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Agency Officer (CAO) to develop and implement a forward-thinking agency strategy for Hong Kong and Macau
  • Analyze market trends and agency requirements to create strategies that anticipate future needs
  • Oversee the CAO department budget and manage expenses effectively
  • Participate actively in departmental transformation projects, reviewing and establishing documented workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assess the performance and efficiency of agency channels, creating strategies to improve reach, effectiveness, and profitability
  • Work closely with corporate departments and District Agencies to ensure alignment of strategies with product offerings, facilitating seamless interdepartmental coordination for effective strategy execution
