Assistant Maintenance Chief (Hotel)

Reports To: Maintenance Chief / Chief Engineer

Position Summary

The Assistant Maintenance Chief supports the Maintenance Chief in overseeing all maintenance operations for the hotel to ensure guest comfort, safety, and uninterrupted operations. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance oversight. The Assistant Maintenance Chief acts as the lead in the absence of the Maintenance Chief and helps maintain the hotel's physical assets to brand, safety, and quality standards.
