**Overall Responsibility:**

+ Produce vessel nominations, formal notices, elevator load orders, internal letterheads and export documents.
+ Construct and administer elevator/USDA vessel and barge load orders congruent to all contracts.
+ Receiving and checking customer document instructions to ensure accurate loading with USDA and destination country requirements according to contract terms and import permits. Will need to identify customer’s requests not contractual to be negotiated with traders. (decision making)
