Position: Assistant Logistics Coordinator
Location: Grand Mills Abu Dhabi
What Will Your Day Look LikeThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing day‑to‑day transport operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery of FMCG products to customers, distributors, and retailers. The role involves coordinating with carriers, third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), internal fleet, and cross‑functional teams to maintain service levels, minimize logistics costs, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. In the FMCG environment, where speed and reliability are critical, the Assistant Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in safeguarding product availability on shelves and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Role duty hours: 6 days per week, 9‑hour shift based on the business needs, with 1‑hour break and overtime as per the company policy.
