We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Lodge Manager to support the daily operations of a luxury safari lodge. This role requires strong leadership, excellent guest relations, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge. Manage and support lodge staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure high standards in housekeeping, food & beverage service, and maintenance. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any queries or issues professionally.
