As the AKM at Jack Brown's, you will play a key role in supporting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting in managing and leading the kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation processes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
