Job Description: To develop the insurance business in the assigned areas by supporting the Sales Team. Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager. Training of the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.

Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities. Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management. Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.

Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors into the business. Key Skills Sales oriented approach Interpersonal Skills Team Handling Communication Qualification & Experience: MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree or a graduate. 3+ years of experience in the Insurance / Broking or equivalent sector.
