Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client assessments for Australian skilled migration programs.
• Assist in preparing visa applications for Subclass 189, 190, 491 and related visa categories.
• Review client documents and ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
• Prepare Skills Assessment applications with authorities such as ACS, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS, ANMAC, and others.
• Assist clients with Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions through SkillSelect.
• Draft professional correspondence, submission letters, and client communications.
• Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and case management systems.
• Monitor immigration policy updates and communicate relevant changes to clients and team members.
