**Job Description**

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager for our New England District which includes Fenway Park, House of Blues, MGM Music Hall and Jet Blue Park. This position is onsite and will be based out of Fenway Park in Boston, MA.

The Assistant Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researching and/or investigating concerns, and making recommendations that promote positive employee relations. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day-to-day workplace matters.

Schedule: This position requires flexible, full-time availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 25% travel to Jet Blue Park, Fort Myers, FL.
