Role A human resource partner who builds and maintains a harmonious industrial relations climate through strategic collaboration with employees and management, specializing in Industrial Relations while supporting general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues, policy integration and interpretation, work conditions and employee development in compliance with the Labor Law.
• Manage disciplinary issues, recommending appropriate action and conducting domestic inquiries, drafting show cause letters and related disciplinary documentation.
