Job Description

One of the renowned IT solution provider that provides global logistics management solutions, is now seeking a HR professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on recruitment, managing personnel data in HR system
  • Facilitate training program and Employee Relations activities 
  • Strengthen the recruitment channels and selection sources
  • Facilitate the whole recruitment cycle
  • Conduct staff orientation program and enhance the induction plan
  • Compile HR related reports periodically
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required

    • Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience
  • IT industry experience is preferred
  • Good in Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK
