We are seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant HR (Male) to support daily HR operations in a textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, attendance management, employee record maintenance, compliance, and coordination with factory staff to ensure smooth HR functions.

Monitor daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules, ensuring timely reporting to management.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate with department supervisors regarding manpower requirements, employee issues, and workforce planning.
