We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Groups and MICE Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for driving group and MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) sales developing strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

• Proactively identify and pursue new group and MICE business opportunities in the local and international markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients travel agencies and corporate accounts
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
• Conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective clients
