Job Description
Ass.Manager-Dyeing/Diploma in Textile Processing / B.Tech Textile processing/Exp: 10 to 15 yrs/Sal:35k/Loc: cuddalore Manage all employees under Dyeing Factory Plan & coordinate Groups own garment fabric requirement & provide good quality fabrics & meet delivery date targets.
Meet leading buyers quality & testing standards. Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine; Prepare weekly NPT (Non-Productive Time) report as well as ensure NPT reduction at a constant rate; Review skill-level of operators on monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential workers; Prepare reconciliation report for each order; Co-ordinate with Merchandising & other concern departments for on time shipment Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
