Role Overview This role will lead and oversee critical financial functions including payroll, MIS, and CSR finance management. The role demands strategic planning, compliance, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll Oversight Supervise end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, PT, etc.). Approve payroll reconciliations, accounting entries, and audit trails. Drive payroll automation and process efficiency improvements. 2. Management Information System (MIS) Lead preparation of timely and accurate MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Provide financial insights, variance analyses, and cost-benefit recommendations.
