**Summary**

The **Assistant General Manager** reports to the General Manager and is responsible for driving performance throughout the hotel operations. Direct Department Leaders in supporting the hotel operations, ensuring the overall success of the hotel in all metrics, including employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and brand quality standards are being met or exceeded. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have major brand and New York City experience, and, most importantly, have a positive solution-based focus.
