• Proven experience in upscale, fine dining, or lifestyle hospitality concepts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage.
• French, Italian or Spanish speakers preferred.
• Currently based in UAE.
