Role

Jefferies is looking to hire an Assistant General Counsel for its Legal team in APAC with approximately - years PQE or equivalent experience in the practice of a leading international law firm or financial institution. The candidate will be Australian qualified and have recent capital markets experience, including in public and private M&A and equities capital markets transactions. Experience in a stock broking and/or funds management firm will also be beneficial.
