The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will work with our other F&B leaders to manage the day-to-day operation of our restaurants, in-room dining, and our Grand Club lounge. This person must have the ability to lead a busy restaurant run similar to a free-standing location and oversee the high quality of service provided.
