Key Role and Responsibilities The successful incumbent will be assigned to work in my client’s Palm Oil Estates Operations Department. Oversee daily field operation activities: planting, harvesting, crop care and road maintenance (PDCA). Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills. Analyse field productivity data to identify areas for performance improvement (for daily activities and process improvement initiatives). Mentoring and upskilling of field workers.
