An established family run poultry business in Wiltshire is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager (Rearing) to support the management of a modern pullet rearing site as part of its continued growth. The site has benefited from recent investment in advanced aviary systems, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a progressive and well supported operation.
This is a hands on role where you will work closely with the wider team, taking responsibility for flock health, environmental management, biosecurity and day to day site performance, helping to ensure high welfare standards and efficient operations.
