1. Coordinate and assist with all production-related activities ensuring consistent compliance with SOPs and production targets as set.
2. Effective management of staff.
3. Adhering to Health and Safety requirements and assisting with managing Bio-Security protocols.
4. Optimize utilization of all equipment, buildings, and machinery in use at the Farm.
