This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective production across squid, hake, pilchard, and line fish processing operations, including cold storage and ice plant activities. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The Assistant Factory Manager will lead and coordinate shift production activities, supervise factory teams, monitor productivity and yield, and ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
