The University at Albany is seeking an Assistant Facilities Project Manager to join the Facilities Management team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Facilities Project Management, this role will be responsible for managing the design and construction of smaller-scale building and infrastructure projects with Project Budget Estimates (PBE) of up to $5 million, while also assisting Project Managers with the design and construction of larger-scale building and infrastructure projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Manage the design and construction of small-scale (up to $5 million) building and infrastructure projects from program development through completion and closeout, including:
