Job Description

Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for up-keeping, monitoring and maintaining of Plumbing/Sanitary, Pool and Water Feature System.
  • Plan, organize, lead and control assigned Section’s activities in the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of Mechanical systems
  • Responsible for planning, oversee execution and control of overall predictive, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of Plumbing/Sanitary, Pool and Water Feature related equipment 
  • Carry out periodic inspections on all respective system, plant rooms and equipment within the property to ensure that they are in good and operable condition
  • Maintain all operating permits required for facility operation
  • Timely updates of operational status and KPI progress such as CM/PM completion, budget utilization, system status and project progress
