JOB SUMMARY

  • The Assistant Division Finance Controller will support the financial operations of the business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Partnership with commercial team to support strategy implementation, business growth and profitability; ensuring sustainability of financial processes, policies, and procedures comply with company’s regulations and practices.
  • Provide analytical support in ad-hoc business acceleration projects.
  • This role is crucial for developing brand profitability and territory profitability analysis, contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the cluster.
  • Provide financial leadership to the organization & foster effective collaboration with internal functional stakeholders towards achieving annual financial KPIs - Sales, Division Margin & Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC).
